Ordering Policy:

How do I place an order?

Ordering is easy and stress-free.  Simply add your products to the shopping cart, and click "check out" for your order total.  Once your shipping address is entered, your shipping cost will will appear on the "next" page.  We have FREE SHIPPING for USA and Canada once your total reaches $250 (before taxes).  FREE SHIPPING EXCLUDES : ALL GLASS ITEMS {glass coasters,honey jars,candy jars,espresso sets, due to excessive weight of shipping items. Orders which contain glass will be subject to the actual shipping charges for those items. We will contact you to approve these shipping charges before we process your order.

Can you "rush" my order?

A Delivery estimate is your processing time + shipping time.  If you require a faster delivery before the normal processing and shipping times, please call at 416-554-5257 during our hours.  A "rush" order is an extra $20 USD. An invoice will be sent separately via PayPal. You simply fill in the required text, yes or no, on the billing page.

How can I pay?

We now accept e-mail transfers for our Canadian customers!! Contact Us today and find out how!  OR Pay by using PayPal.  With PayPal you can use : VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discovery, Debit and Echeck.  Please note: If paying by echeck, funds take 3-5 business days to clear, orders paid this way will be shipped once payment has cleared.

Do you offer samples?

The Favour Shoppe has no minimum order requirements.  You can order most of our favors in quantities of one, with the exception of edible, personalized or favors that are sold in sets.  This includes all personalized tags, which have a minimum of 24.  NOTE: If you wanting a sample , please contact us for shipping prices.

How do I track my order?

You will be provided a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

How can I make changes or cancel my order?

Please verify your order immediately.  You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order is not in processing time and is not a personalized order.  Please call us within 24 hours at 416-554-5257 Monday to Friday 9 am EST to 5 pm EST if you need to make any changes or cancellations so that we can help you without any additional charges.  IF your order is already in processing, no changes can be made.  IF, your order is personalized and you cancel after 24 hours a $25.00 canceling fee will be charged.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We want to ensure you're fully satisfied with all our favours. We go to great lengths to ensure product quality and quality assurance through the shipment process. Once you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to make sure all the items meet your expectations.  If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 10 days upon receipt to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) ,this number expires in 10 days after issuance.  Please follow these steps.

Step 1: Enter your RAN in the appropriate space provided on the return label which is a part of the packing slip you received with your shipment.

Step 2: Affix the return label to the original shipping box.  Please make sure the items are in their original packaging, and are appropriately secured within the shipping box.  We cannot accept items for return or exchange that are not in resellable condition.

Please note: The customer is responsible for shipping. We will not refund shipping charges.  No credit is given for lost packages.  We strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost return packages.

Items that cannot be returned: Any Personalized items , edible items or personal care items.

What if some items I receive are damaged?

Please inspect all your items carefully, if products are damaged, please call 416-554-5257 Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm EST at your earliest convenience, but no later then 7 days after the package was delivered.  Keep the original box, packaging, as well as any paperwork that came with the package.  We suggest that you send us a digital photo of the damaged package/items.   At times, the shipping company will be required to investigate and evaluate damage claims.

How long before I receive my refund?

After we receive your package and inspect the items, you will receive an email confirming credit total.  Credit will be issued within 3 to 5 business days.  Please allow adequate time for your bank to process the credit.

Do you charge sales tax?

NO! We do not charge any taxes!

Personalized gifts are non-returnable and non-refundable, this includes personalized labels.

Edible favors are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

You must have a RAN (Return Authorization Number) so that we will not charge a restocking fee.

Each order is processed within 1-2 business days.  If personalization is required, your processing then changes to 3-5 business days.  Please note is some cases, you will receive multiple packages. Holiday seasons, large orders, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

Event Blossom wedding party favors will be shipped from the location in Tustin, California, USA.  Personalization items from Event Blossom will be shipped within 3-5 business days. When purchasing from Kate Aspen favour products, all products will be shipped by UPS.  Kate Aspen wedding party favors will be shipped from the location in Duluth, Georgia, USA.  Personalization items from Kate Aspen will be shipped within 5 business days.  Please note: Personalized tags arrive unattached. Assembly is required. Personalized items require five business days for processing.  Estimated shipping time for US customers.

When purchasing from Cassiani Collection party favor products, all products will be shipped by UPS.  Cassiani Collection Favors will be shipped from the location Long Island City, New York, USA.  Estimated shipping time for US customers.

When purchasing from Botanical Paper Works , all products will shipped from the location Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Do you ship internationally?

International orders, please contact us for more information on shipping costs.  Please note,  that duties, customs and/or brokerage fees may apply.  These fees are the responsibility of the customer.  These fees are an additional charge that the courier / or government implements.  We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.  Also, international orders may incur longer delivery standard times.
